Our Firm

Bressington & Partners has been proudly serving Rockhampton and the wider Central Queensland community since 1980.

Founded by our Principal Solicitor, Ken Bressington, the firm was built on the values of trust, dedication, and practical legal solutions. From the beginning, we have focused on delivering accessible, high-quality legal services with a genuine personal touch.

For over 40 years, families, businesses, and individuals have turned to Bressington & Partners for clear advice, strong representation, and real results. Whether buying a home, running a business, managing rural property, dealing with a dispute, facing a criminal complaint, or planning your estate, we’re here to support you at every stage.

While our firm has evolved with the times, embracing new technology and new ways of working, our commitment to providing personalised, cost-effective legal services remains at the heart of everything we do. We are proud of our history, and even prouder to continue helping Central Queensland families, businesses, and rural clients secure their futures.
